We open and examine every single horn that we receive. All horns are play tested and checked for any kind of defect. We make sure that all saxophones are in adjustment and all trumpets are in perfect order before we ship to our dealers.

Please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the instrument. If it is a warranty issue, they will contact us and we will remedy the problem.
We have booths every year at NAMM (Winter), the Midwest Clinic and TMEA. Many of our dealers exhibit our instruments at state shows as well.
